You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning the product to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. To qualify for a 100% refund, item(s) should be returned in new, unopened condition. Opened or damaged returns will be subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return postage and packing costs. On exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the re-shipment cost on the new item(s). Customer is also responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us. We recommend returning your purchase with a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged. We will refund or exchange your purchase within 3 business days from the date of receiving it back. 

To combat piracy, we cannot accept returns on media items. If you receive a defective media item, we will replace the item at our expense. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items or consumables.

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns due to damage, defective or incorrect shipment will be returned and replaced at our expense.
